365 nights of sleep EEG monitoring study - is well underway

Inclusion of participants has remained relentless in the past months. A huge success not least due to a strong team of surgeons and nurses from Zealand University Hospital. The first participant has by now worn the 24/7 EEG™ SubQ wearable device for 5 months, completed 3 PSG nocturnal recordings and 146 sleep diaries and quantitative cognitive tests. An astonishing 99% adherence.
The study is a research collaboration between Zealand University Hospital, UNEEG medical, Cambridge Cognition, and T&W Engineering, and will explore the defining factors of sleep quality, as well as investigate the behaviourally and chronobiologically induced variation in sleep and its effect on cognition.
