The expertise represented among the members of our management team encompasses the areas of: neuroscience, diabetes, data analysis, medical device development, project management, regulatory affairs, clinical trials, sales and marketing.
The management team collaborates closely with a large number of stakeholders, each of whom offers critical insight within a specific discipline. These stakeholders include scientific advisory boards, participating hospitals, a technology network and major business partners within design and production.

Martin Stenfeldt, Chief Executive Officer
Martin Stenfeldt is a life science serial entrepreneur, and former CEO & co-founder of MedTrace Pharma. With expertise in medical devices, digital health, and pharmaceuticals, he has led startups as CEO and held senior leadership roles in major corporations across Europe and the U.S. He is also the author of Scaling Life Science, drawing on insights from industry leaders in Scandinavia and the U.S., and serves as a mentor, board member, and Resident Industry Fellow at DTU’s Institute of Entrepreneurship. Martin holds a M. Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Aarhus University.

Kim Andreas Jönsson, Senior Director of R&D and Operations
Kim Andreas Jönsson brings 13 years’ experience in supply chain and operations within medical device, satellite communications and consumer electronics industry. Kim has previously held positions as VP of Supply Chain & Procurement at Airtame, Sr. Director for Global Supply Chain at Cobham Satcom, and various leadership positions within operations at GN Hearing.
Kim holds a MSc in engineering in International Technology Mgmt from Aalborg University.

Camilla Wismar, Senior Director QA/RA
Camilla Wismar brings 15 years’ experience in regulatory requirements and quality management within the medical-device industry. She previously held positions as Senior Regulatory Professional at Ambu A/S and as Regulatory Affairs Manager at Coloplast A/S. She comes with a thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices in the EU, the USA and Canada, and is experienced in interacting with notified bodies and the FDA.
Camilla holds a MSc Eng in biotechnology from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

Jonas Duun-Henriksen, Senior Director Product & Science
Jonas Duun-Henriksen comes with more than 15 years of experience in data science, signal processing and scientific publication with ultra long-term SubQ EEG. He was a visiting researcher at King’s College London where he set up one of the UNEEG pivotal studies on people with epilepsy. Jonas has a robust publication record and is a recognized KOL within ultra long-term subcutaneous EEG.
Jonas holds a PhD and MSc in biomedical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

Kristian Lykke Fick, Senior Director, Clinical & Health Economics
Kristian brings +20 years' experience in global life science and biotech companies across several therapeutical areas. Kristian has previously been VP of Global Business Development and General Manager, Canada at LEO Pharma A/S and has also held several commercial leadership roles across marketing, market access, medical affairs at LEO Pharma A/S.

Kim Heegaard Hansen, Senior Director SW Development, Digital Health
Kim Heegaard Hansen is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry, having held diverse roles in R&D, Commercial, and Portfolio Management divisions at GN and Novo Nordisk.
With more than 20 years of expertise in digital health & software management, he is deeply committed to driving innovation in this transformative field.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Signal Processing from Danish Technical University.

Martin Harding Lange, Senior Finance Director
Martin Harding Lange has more than 25 years’ experience in finance, accounting, and audit experience from various industries, including medical devices, electronics development and manufacturing, retail, and auditing. Martin previously held positions in Zebra A/S, Thrane & Thrane A/S (Cobham Satcom) and comes with a broad experience in finance, accounting, and IT.
Martin holds a MSc in Business Economics and Auditing and Graduate Diploma in Business Admin. from Copenhagen Business School.

Mette Borresen Haugaard, Partner, People & Culture
Mette Borresen Haugaard has 5+ years of HR Partner experience at UNEEG medical and affiliated companies such as T&W Engineering, UNEEG medical DE, UNEEG medical UK, etc. Prior to her UNEEG employment, she has 8+ years of experience as paralegal in Widex assisting in HR cases, handling legal documentation in relation to 40+ subsidiaries, administrating the registration of legal contracts, handling KYC documentation, etc. and 10+ years of experience as legal assistant in Bech-Bruun assisting 5+ lawyers in their casework.
Mette holds a Bachelor in business language from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
