Why did you join UNEEG medical?
I could see there was an opportunity to build a new company in the UK and learn more about how the NHS adopts innovative solutions. I could see that UNEEG was a company going places, with an exciting product in the EEG/neurology space, an area with which I was already familiar in the UK.
What are your responsibilities?
I am responsible for developing the long-term UK strategy. I lead all commercial activity and ultimately seek to achieve the widespread adoption of the current and future platforms that UNEEG brings to market.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging aspect is navigating the huge NHS healthcare system. But since we have the right support, we’re already achieving some great wins. I love growing a new market and the prospect of one day seeing our technology being widely adopted and bringing benefits to patients.
How is it to work for a Danish company from abroad?
Despite being in the UK, I always feel part of the wider Danish/European team, and everyone is very welcoming. There are no language barriers, and the Danes are great to work alongside. Although I am in the UK, there is a real sense of togetherness. Everyone is focused on the same goals, which creates a great team spirit. I felt happy on my first day in UNEEG and I’ve never looked back.
How would you describe the culture in UNEEG?
The culture is one of hard, focused work. We share and celebrate our successes but also don’t forget to enjoy what we’re doing!

In Sales, our key focus is our customers. We help medical personnel working with epilepsy to solve problems and achieve their clinical goals. We strive to create long-term partnerships, based on mutual trust, respect and excellence.

We are a group of highly skilled and experienced salespeople who help healthcare professionals improve clinical decision-making, through the use of our ground-breaking solution. We believe in establishing personal connections, and working with our customers to find the best solutions to the many clinical challenges they face.
Through cross-disciplinary teamwork with our colleagues working with clinical affairs, clinical training, and science, we strive to bring new knowledge to our customers with the ultimate aim of improving patient outcomes.
